Musashi 100% Whey + Creatine Powder 900g

Musashi 100% Whey + Creatine Powder combines 24g of protein from Whey Protein Concentrate and Whey Protein Isolate with 3g of creatine monohydrate per serve. With whey making up 84–88% of the blend depending on flavour, it offers a lower-carb protein and creatine formula, with added papain digestive enzyme. Ideal for gym-goers and athletes looking for a convenient whey protein powder NZ option with creatine included.

Mix 36g (1 heaped scoop) with 200mL of water and consume immediately, ideally 60–90 minutes before training or within 30 minutes after resistance exercise. It can also be used as a daily protein top-up on rest days. Available in a 900g tub in Vanilla and Chocolate, making it easy to support protein intake, recovery and training performance without needing a separate creatine supplement.
