Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 3:45pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping Cost & Free Shipping
- Standard NZ shipping rate applies for orders under $100.
- Free shipping for all orders $100 and over.
- Express / expedited shipping options available at checkout for select locations (additional cost applies).
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number by email. You’ll be able to follow your parcel until it arrives.
Special / Oversized Items
Some products (such as large or bulky items) may require special handling and incur extra shipping fees. These fees and delivery times will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.
Delays & Issues
If there are unexpected delays—due to weather, courier issues, or stock delays—we’ll contact you as soon as possible. If your delivery is significantly delayed, you may choose to cancel the order for a full refund.
Returns Due to Shipping Damage
- Keep all packaging and take photos of the damage.
- Contact us at info@fitvibesnutrition.co.nz with your order number and photos.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
